Order Fulfillment

RightHook Studios operates using a preorder model. Production and fulfillment begin after the online store or preorder period closes.

Because items are produced after the ordering period ends, please allow approximately 2–3 weeks after the store closes for your order to be manufactured, processed, and shipped.

This timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on order volume, product availability, manufacturing delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Times

The 2–3 week fulfillment period does not include carrier transit time. Delivery time begins after your package has been shipped and depends on the shipping service and destination selected at checkout.

Delays

RightHook Studios is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order is placed.

RightHook Studios is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

RightHook Studios is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.

Please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding missing packages. We will provide reasonable assistance when possible.
