Return and Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through RightHook Studios are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, and we do not provide refunds for reasons including:

  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or product
  • Changing your mind after purchasing
  • Items not fitting as expected
  • Shipping delays outside our control
  • Sale or discounted merchandise
  • Gift cards
  • Custom, made-to-order, personalized, or limited-release products

Please carefully review all product descriptions, sizing information, shipping details, and order information before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

Contact us at info@righthookstudios.com if your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an item different from what you ordered.

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the item and the problem
  • Photographs of the packaging and shipping label, when applicable

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion and as required by applicable law.

Do not send any item back unless we provide written return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Lost or Stolen Packages

RightHook Studios is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but are reported as lost, missing, or stolen.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

Please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding missing packages. We will provide reasonable assistance with filing a carrier claim when possible.

Order Cancellations and Changes

Orders cannot be canceled or modified after they have been placed because production or fulfillment may begin immediately.

This includes changes to:

  • Shipping addresses
  • Product selections
  • Sizes
  • Colors
  • Quantities

Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

Chargebacks

Customers must contact us at info@righthookstudios.com and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve an order issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be challenged using available order, delivery, and communication records.

Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

Customers located in jurisdictions that provide mandatory cancellation, return, repair, replacement, or refund rights will retain those rights.
